TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to makeup services provided by Makeup by Immogen ABN 77 169 822 654 to you. Upon booking a makeup application with Makeup by Immogen, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
DEPOSITS
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure all bookings. Your booking is fully secured upon email confirmation of payment of the deposit.
CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING
Any changes to your booking can be made via Calendly or by email up to 72 hours before your booking.
Preparation is put into each client’s service and other client’s may be turned away to reserve your spot. Please keep this in mind when making changes to your booking.
CANCELLATIONS
Please ensure any cancellation is made no less than 72 hours prior to your booking and a credit equal to your deposit will be added to your account.
The credit can be applied towards future bookings with me including payment of a deposit. For no shows or late cancellations, the deposit will not be credited and you will be required to make a new deposit if you choose to re-book.
PAYMENT
The remainder of the service fee is to be paid on the day. You may pay via bank transfer or cash on the day.
If you arrive over 30 minutes late to your appointment or do not show at all, this is treated as a no show and the full amount of the service will be charged.
LIABILITY
The client agrees to release the artist from any liability for incidental or consequential harm or damage however characterised, including from skin complications, sensitive skin or eyes due to allergy or any other illness or infection on the day of the event.
PHOTOGRAPHS
Makeup by Immogen reserves the right to take photographs or record videos during the appointment of the make-up application and may use any such media for promotional and/or commercial purposes with your consent.
Please let me know at the start of the appointment if you do not wish to be photographed or recorded.
